Shipping and Returns
I accept returns and exchanges of undamaged items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange for another product. Refund processed upon receipt of the items. No returns accepted on opened tea. Return shipping paid by the buyer. Please message me with any issues.
I try to get my orders shipped as quickly as possible, and to you safely. If you have issues with delivery due to postal error or theft, I will do my best to track your package and provide any needed information to ensure delivery. Any returned packages will either be refunded or re-sent at the buyer's option. Please message with any issues. However, in the case that your dice are marked as delivered to the correct address by your postal service and are not returned to sender, being a small business I cannot offer full refunds. When making large orders, please consider adding insurance to your package.
